How we deliver

Free door-to-door courier service

All deliveries made within South Africa are free. As jewellery is a high-value item, we do not use regular postal services to deliver your purchase. Instead we use a hand-to-hand courier delivery where the courier service collects directly from us, and they deliver directly to you.

Once you have placed your order with us and it is ready to be shipped, we will contact you with a reference code (waybill number) from the courier company. You can use this unique number to track your purchase on the relevant courier company’s website.

Please note that the courier company can only deliver to a physical address (NOT a post office box or a Postnet Suite). Also, you (or someone you appoint) must be available to sign for the delivery, as it will not be left at empty premises. We will make all the necessary arrangements with you before the parcel is dispatched.

Insurance

In terms of insurance, all our products and parcels are insured by us until such time as you sign for receipt of the parcel. We can email your valuation certificate for your insurance company before your parcel is received if required.
