Inspire
Our designers have a special ability to bring your ideas to life. Whether you know exactly what you are looking for or have an inspiration picture to reference. We are available to meet in person at one of our branches or online if that’s more convenient.
Design
Based on the ideas and concept discussed in the consultation, we can create a rendering of your unique design allowing you to visualise what the final piece will look like. We work with all precious metals (silver, gold and platinum) and all gemstones. We can assist with ideas and alternatives to suit your taste and budget.
Craft
When you are happy with the final design and stone selections, we will send you a quote and one a deposit is paid, your piece will take approximately two weeks to craft.
Enjoy
After polishing and shining to perfection, you can either collect your piece or we can courier it to you. Our after-sales care will ensure you enjoy wearing your bespoke piece for years to come.
