We offer personalised after-sales service and ongoing support with all jewellery and watches that leave our stores.
We offer a personalised viewing service on all our jewellery, diamonds and watches at any of our branches. We can arrange specific diamond viewing within 24 hours at a branch closest to you, and general jewellery viewing with no obligation attached.
Designing unique pieces of jewellery is our forte. We are more than happy for customers to bring in ideas of their own where we can brainstorm, sketch and ultimate craft the perfect piece of personal adornment for you.
We manufacture in house ensuring the highest standards of workmanship and guaranteed customer satisfaction. Our goldsmiths are all employed by Wolf Bros to ensure these standards and the passion that our company holds.
Wolf Bros never turns a customer away. If you are not 100% satisfied our open door policy means that we will do whatever we can, within reason, to alter, change or re-craft to ensure that you are.
