Terms & Conditions

Product availability

We understand that many purchases made on our site are for special occasions. Therefore we make every effort to have your purchase delivered to you well within 10 (ten) working days. You can expect to hear directly from one of our professional sales assistants within 24 (twenty-four) hours of placing your order. When possible, we will endeavour to have deliveries made within 36 (thirty-six) hours. We reserve the right to cancel an order that has already been approved, should there be a stock availability issue that we are unable to resolve. In this case you will receive notification of the cancellation and a full refund for your order. Refunds will only be made via EFT. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously. However, occasionally unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence, we will contact you immediately and discuss a revised delivery date.

Returns, refunds and exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 (twenty-four) hours of receiving your order. You may only return the goods if we have supplied the incorrect product or if the item is damaged or faulty. If the item in question is damaged or faulty, we undertake to replace it on condition that we are contacted timeously and that the item is received within 5 (five) working days of your contacting us, along with all original packaging and receipts. If you need to return your purchase for either of the reasons cited above, please contact us as we will arrange for the courier service and necessary insurance. We cannot be held liable for parcels sent to us that have not been arranged through our courier service and via our offices. Returns may be liable for a 15% handling charge. If a replacement is not possible, we will refund the purchase price upon receipt of the returned products. You are welcome to visit any of our branches within the first 14 (fourteen) days of receiving your order if you wish to exchange your purchase for something else.

Shipping & Insurance

We use a hand-to-hand courier service for all deliveries. This means that all deliveries are direct from us, to you personally. Once we have received your order, one of our sales team will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery time. Our courier gives us a ‘window’ of times in which they can offer delivery. In order to offer this service with insurance, we can only deliver to a physical address where someone is present to sign for the delivery. If the courier is unable to deliver because the contact person is not present, this may delay the delivery by 24 (twenty-four) hours. All parcels are insured by us until such time as they are delivered. If you require a valuation certificate prior to delivery, in order to arrange your own personal insurance, we can easily email this to you. Please just request it. All purchases will be delivered with an original valuation certificate unless otherwise requested.
